Logging into NickMurrayNewsletters.com

1. The password from the old system do not work on the new system. The new system generates a username and password for new accounts, and emails that information in the Welcome email.

2. The system-generated password is easier to copy and paste rather than type. Subscribers can change their password and any other account information under 'Your Account' on the upper left HOME section, or click  HERE

3. Forgot username or password? Go to the login page. At the bottom, enter your email where you see 'FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD'. The system will send you your information.

Why aren't I getting any emails from the system? What kinds of emails can I expect from the new system?

1. Some subscribers have changed their email and not notified us. They, therefore, are not getting any emails. If there is a phone number on the account, we've tried to contact them to let them know. Some companys' email systems are not letting some of the emails go through. You can use your personal email address instead in these cases (update in 'Your Account')

2. With the new features of the new system, subscribers can check the calendar  section for announcements.

3. Email notices announcing when the next newsletter will be available will no longer be supported. Each  newsletter is posted on the last day of the month. The calendar also tracks the postings.

4. The system reminds subscribers one month before their subscription expires.

5. When subscribers purchase a subscription, they will receive a confirmation. If they make an error in their credit card information, they will be notified by the system.

6. If you are not receiving emails from the system, e.g., a response to 'forgot password', then add webmaster@nickmurraynewsletters.com to your contact list in your email system to ensure that you can receive emails from this system.

What are some of the new features of the new system?

1. There is a secure credit card processing system now. Checks are no longer accepted. Subscribers are notified if they have provided an incorrect address or other issue.

2. Subscribers can use the 'Search' feature to search for topics of interest but entering keywords that are included in the articles. Subscribers will be able to access any article, Client's Corner,  PDF Newsletter, Squib, Resources, and 'Ask Nick' questions and answers across all the archives since 2001.

3. The 'Latest Issues' section (on the left vertical navigation on the website)  gives a quick access to the latest few issues.

4. Subscribers can access and update their own account information, such as username, password, email, address, credit card on file. They may also check to see their subscription expiration date.

5. Subscribers will receive only one email reminder one month before expiration date.

3. Please note that we ship free books via UPS. Therefore, please indicate a regular street address, not a P.O.Box. UPS doesn't ship to P.O.Boxes.

How do I access or print the latest issue?

1. Log into your account and click on the left vertical navigation under 'LATEST ISSUES'.

2. Click on the newsletter link to download. Open in Acrobat. Then click on the Acrobat Print icon to print the PDF newsletter.
