We invite our subscribers to enjoy all the features this site has to offer. But we must require that each subscriber abide by certain rules so that no one's rights are stepped on. Failure to abide by these rules can result in immediate termination of access to this site, without refund or recourse.

Do not share your logon passwords and user names. Our system is designed to detect this immediately, and suspend any account where more than one person signs on using the same username and password.

Do not reprint, republish, repost, or otherwise distribute or transmit content or images presented on this site. Downloading is easy, but just because you may be able to copy our content doesn't mean you own it. Unauthorized use of or copying of our content, trademarks, and other proprietary material can subject you to civil or even criminal liability.

DO NOT VIOLATE OUR COPYRIGHT. All editorial content and graphics on this site are protected by U.S. copyright and international treaties and may not be copied or re-used without the express written permission of this site, which reserves all rights.

The Rules Of This Road

(1) The general rule regarding subscription to this newsletter is one paid subscription, one pair of eyes. Beyond that, it's theft of intellectual property. Virtually all my time and energy now go into this newsletter, and it is increasingly the source of my livelihood and my legacy to my family. Please do not steal it, or allow someone else to steal it for you. Beyond the fact that I'll cancel the subscription without notice or refund -- which I surely will -- no good can come to anyone who misappropriates this material. What goes around comes around, even if it's on a long, elliptical orbit.

(2) Other than Client's Corner essays (see below), no content of this newsletter may ever reach clients and prospects in any medium.

(3) Client's Corner essays may be transmitted directly (via emails of the pdf which we provide) to clients and prospects. They may not posted on websites, or made generally available in any way which allows them to be googled. This is for the protection of all subscribers, who have paid for the right to this exclusivity. If I can google the title of one of my essays, and find it attached to your name, your subscription will be canceled without notice or refund, and I will seek all legal recourse available to me. Ignorance will not be a defense. There will always be a clear warning above each and every Client's Corner essay in the newsletter.
